These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dishi mobile application and website at dishiapp.com ("Service"), operated by Dishi ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Dishi. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Dishi, including photos, videos, reviews, and comments ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Dishi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within the platform for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for unsolicited advertising or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the Service
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

5. Restaurant Information

Dishi displays information about restaurants, menus, and prices that is contributed by users. This information is provided for informational purposes and may not always be current or accurate. Dishi does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted data and is not responsible for decisions made based on such information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Dishi name, logo, visual identity, and application design are the property of Dishi. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written authorization.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dishi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
